• Losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with the user's device.
• Issues caused by third-party software or services.
• Losses caused by user negligence or failure to follow these Terms.
• Service disruptions caused by any external event not created by ace64.
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming carries financial risk and the possibility of losing is always present.

ace64 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service.

ace64 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
